Factorio Underfill Tool

Places landfill tiles underneath all structures in a factorio blueprint or blueprint book. This allows your blueprints to work on water in a simple two step process:

1. Shift+click the blueprint onto water to place the underlying landfill tiles, then wait for robots to fill.
2. Click the blueprint again in the same spot, now placing the actual structures.
